Professor Yrios has taught at Edgewood College since 1979 in such courses as General Microbiology, Medical Microbiology, Anatomy and Physiology, Pathology, Immunology, Nutrition, and others. His research interests involve studying the pathogenesis of Campylobacter jejuni in germ-free mice.
